Fiscal, Dept. of Administration Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 180(FIN) "An Act authorizing the Department of Administration to note a person's status as a retired veteran or a veteran discharged under 2012-02-10 House Journal Page 1556 honorable conditions on the person's driver's license or identification card, to provide certain information to the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs, and to charge a fee for replacing a valid driver's license or identification card with a new license or card that includes the veteran designation; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 180(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 180(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 180(FIN) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 180(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
